I’ve alwaysthought - such a shame RSC didn’t televise the Hamlet production as they didwith The Wars Of The Roses… Still, I was very surprised to find a mention ofthe documentary called “The Opus”: “this overview of the state of the arts in Great Britain in the 1960's includes a scene from the Royal Shakespeare Company production ofHamlet starring David Warner”.

I guess it’shidden forever in BFI archives …   Still,other source says it was made for USA TV and broadcast in ’69, while a torrenttracker told me it was made for the 1967 Montreal Worlds Fair and there’s afair chance it can be found in some Montreal library archives . Though, other source states it was made for US broadcast.

If anyonewill ever find it, please let us know!
