About Me

At the moment, I am a student going to an art college for Illustration. I have a huge obsession with music, films and comedy.


Just recently, I have discovered David Warner and he has channnngedddd my liiiiifffffee. Little did I know that I have been drawing this man for YEARS without knowing who he was--from my subconsious! I saw the movie Straw Dogs and I thought to myself, "this guy seems really familiar." So, I did some research and I was STUNNED. He looks so much like my work, his aesthetic, his changable characters and just the way he looks. :) But oddly enough, I've seen tons of his films since I was a child and it took me 20 years to figure out who he was!

He has inspired me to do a short illustrated book called "David Warner Lives In My Brain" that I'm currently working on. Its about how hes been in my life this whole time and I just draw him and he helps me with ideas. Its a bit strange, I know. hahaha

I am really happy you got a reply from Mr. Warner! Congrats! I can image your joy. May I ask you (if it is not too personal) how long it took te get this reply? It is pure curiosity because of friend of mine once wrote to a British actor and she got a reply after 4 monthes. She told me it was a normal delay. So how long have you been waiting?

Hi Moonbarrett! This is a pic i´ve got from a good friend on postage way. She wanted to get rid of it. She said, she isn´t a fan anymore. I don´t know why and i cannot believe it! But good for me, haha!
